New update - more pages and WonderCon

Hello Backers!
It's been too long and from here on out I'll post a new update every 2 weeks. Let me know if that's too much.
A couple of new things:
I got a call from WONDERCON and I was on the wait list for 2017 and they said if I wanted to go this year that there was an opening, so I took the plunge and did it. I've done WonderCon (In Anaheim, CA) 2 times previous, so I was familiar with the show. We had a great time. Did about the same in sales as last time, which was interesting.
I received 7 new pages from Jose, I've been working on them in the evenings (I'm subbing for 6th graders right now during the day) and I will get a total tally next update to let you know how many more we need. I think it's less than 20, which is good. Go to the facebook page and see new pages as I finish them.
After WonderCon and looking at price points on book printing vs profit margins, I am seriously thinking of NOT using a Print-on-demand for the Omnibus, like I have been for the last 3 years for the trades and hardcovers. I'd like to investigate going to China for a small run. What this means to you? Probably nothing, what it means to me is that the costs will be higher for me, because I'll need to print ~1500 instead of the 200 for the kickstarter, but the long term will be better. Just letting you know how things are progressing and what's rolling around in my head.
The other thing is that the TIME Stories game that I've sent out has a couple of errors and we've FINALLY got it all worked out. Man this was a chore. I needed an editor badly and the puzzle-like planning of the cards is a real trick. So if you HAVEN"T printed them out, here is the latest, greatest and hopefully LAST.

Hello everyone,
Hope that your weekend is going well. Just wanted to let you all know I am still working on book 3. There is no way this is not happening. I have too much riding on it, including conventions and a ton more stuff. This last week and yesterday put some serious time into it.
From the Jose front, I received 2 new pages. Still 40+ to go. Each page takes about 4 hours to color I'd say. So I finished those two pages and slapped them in Indesign. Once all the art is done I'll probably go back and do another round of editing the dialog and changing things up one last time.

I also finished the commentary for the Hardcover deluxe, and send that off to an editor to go over and make sure my rambling makes sense.
I have been going back and painting pages from book 1 for the re-mastered Omnibus. It is fun to go back and look at the art from back then and see which pages I will re-paint.
Also working on the extra-pages for the Hardcover and getting the Indesign files ready for the Omnibus and Hardcover. So I am busy getting as much done as possible while my partner does his part.

The odyssey that is TIME Stories will not die.
It turns out that the copy of cards that I used for my final play-test is not the same that was sent out in the PDF. Major mistake. There are about 4 broken links in the game that will mess you up.

I apologize. It looks like the PDF that went out was an older version. Please forgive me. I should have had an editor help me with these cards. Now I know how game companies feel when they have to send out a patch or errata right after a game is released.

Hello Backers!
I have some new pages for you to take a look at!
Where are we with Production?
I am still waiting for Jose for more penciled pages. He's behind, and I still need around 35 pages from him. He can be fast, so who knows. I will be putting a fire on him to see if we can get them quicker, I honestly hoped to have all of the pencil by September, so I'm behind my targets. I started a new day job, which makes it that I have around 2 hours a night to work on Pariah. Wish I could squeeze more out of the day, but thems the brakes for me.
I need to make a detailed plan with timelines and see how it bumps out with the 2-3 hours a day work-rate. Off the top of my head, if I get all art by the beginning of Dec, I say February/March we will have things wrapping up.
We are getting there and this I will say, it's going to be freaking awesome. I'm very stoked about it. Right now the focus is BOOK 3. Once that Trade is done, all the lettering, then It should be a relative easy step of transferring that massive file into the Hardcover version and then combining it into the books 1 and 2 for the Omnibus. Then a few odds and ends and the Making of book and a few art pieces for the higher tier backers. Done! I did go a little crazy with trying to publish so many books and editions in on kickstarter, I tend to do this and I should have been similar, maybe I'll learn my lesson.
ok, that's enough of me rambling. It's 10:26pm, I have another hour, and going to work on some sound effects for Pariah.
